GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  1. Hello Miracle ships all orders directly from Australia. However we have offline store in Bali, Indonesia. If your order is not available in Australia, we ship your orders directly from Indonesia. We will update your order with a tracking number once it becomes available.
  2. All of your order will be processed once you confirm your payment.
  3. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/Confirmation of order shipment (During non sale periods)
  4. Delivery is Monday – Friday excluding public holidays. If you have placed your order on the weekend or a public holiday, your parcel will be processed the next business day. 
  5. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email, which includes your tracking number.
  6. Shipping cost at checkout will automatically calculate for you

     

    PLEASE NOTE:

    1. We are not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit.
    2. We are not responsible for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties.
    3. Any international orders that are unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.
    4. Once an order is placed we cannot make last minute changes. If you need to change your size and/or color we will delay the delivery on the next day.
    5. We strictly do not re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.
