We want you to like what you buy! If you are not satisfied with the item you received, Hello Miracle offers you returns for an exchanges. Return for an exchange will only accepted if you received the wrong item, size or the item is deemed faulty. Please understand we do not accept refunds. Email our team at support@hellomiraclebikini.com and explain your issue including a photo of the item.

How to returns to us are accepted based on the following conditions:

  1. Our returned is within 14 days from the date you received your package
  2. Returns must contain all original packaging as it was sent with old invoice, tag attached including a hygine seal.
  3. The items must be unworn or not washed including the make up and smell of parfume. If a return is received with a piece that seems used, washed, worn, or damage and there was no previous communication, we will not be able to process
  4. Sale items are not eligible for returns
  5. We do not cover the cost for shipping return, unless the return is due to an error by Hello Miracle such as wrong item or size sent to you by mistake.
  6. Strictly no refunds!
  7. Return can take up to 3 business days of receiving the items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Customer are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. This includes any additional duties/taxes on the order.

- Exchange and replacement will be of the same design. If the item is sold out or not available, you can exchange to other design.

- We have made every effort to display the colors of our products accurately. However we cannot guarantee, colours may show differently on each computer or mobile, therefore there may be slight variations in colour.
